As a UX/UI designer with over 19 years of experience, I work with some of the UK’s top brands and businesses to deliver strategic, customer-led UX journeys. Working across industries including high street/tier 1 and 2 retailers, betting and gaming, healthcare, Utilities and telecoms, my clients have included Heineken UK, Sky Betting & Gaming, Spire Healthcare, DFS, Play.com, Comet, Darty, Jet2, Three Mobile, EE, Boots and Carpetright. I happily work at and present into board level and have led design teams of up to 20+ individuals with multi-million pound budgets.

I work with clients, design peers and business stakeholders to identify issues with current UX and insert a full UX process into their business, including management of commercials, creation of bespoke design libraries and roadmaps for long term UX success. Using a mixture of Google Analytics, qualitative and quantitative research, user journey mapping and advanced user testing, I create personas and scenarios before adhering to best practice UX guidelines to create wireframes and clickable prototypes that are intuitive, streamlined, responsive, future proof and device agnostic. I am fluent in industry software including Axure, Sketch and Adobe Cloud. I collaborate with and lead existing UX teams or where required I build teams to support the UX work. I am experienced in working to agile and waterfall methodologies and proficient in designing for and working with the likes of Magento, Hybris and project management systems including Jira. 

I am a strong leader who has navigated the ambiguity of transformation environments and understands the commercial contexts around multi-disciplinary delivery structures. I enjoy working in high-performing design cultures and see my role as one that will influence all aspects of a business’ customer experience – creating omni-consistency across all channels.
